Wildcats Trail Maine 7-3 At Halftime

OGDEN, Utah – In a battle of field position and possession, the Weber State Wildcats trailed the Maine Black Bears 7-3 after the first half.
After a scoreless first quarter, Trey Tuttle nailed a 37-yard field to give Weber State the initial 3-0 lead.

After several punts by both teams, Maine finally broke through and completed a nice drive with a 9-yard touchdown reception by Jaquan Blair from Chris Ferguson.
Weber State managed just 12 rushing yards in the first half on 89 yards of total offense. Maine went into the break with 107 yards of offense.
The winner will advance to the semifinals of the FCS Playoffs against the winner of UC Davis and Eastern Washington.
