Joe Ingles Ties Bryon Russell For Third In Three-Point Makes

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz forward Joe Ingles tied former Jazz man Bryon Russell for third all-time on three pointers made in a Jazz uniform with 540.
Ingles tied Russell when he hit a triple with 11:47 to go in the fourth quarter. Ingles didn’t play in the fourth quarter in the Jazz blowout win over the Houston Rockets.

The four-year veteran needs 150 made three-pointers to pass Gordon Hayward for second on the Jazz all-time list. John Stockton holds the record with 845 makes.
TNT analyst Reggie Miller had some high praise for Ingles while calling the Jazz game on the network.

Through 26 games this season, Ingles has hit 60 three pointers. During the 2017-18 season, he hit a career-high 204 triples.
For his career with the Jazz he has made 540-of-1,307 for 41 percent.
When Ingles tied Russell, Eric Woodyard of the Deseret News asked him about Ingles tying his record.
