Wildcats Beat San Jose State In Bahamas, 85-77

BIMINI, Bahamas – Jerrick Harding scored 31 points and made Weber State basketball program history in the Wildcats’ 85-77 victory over San Jose State in the first game of the Junkanoo Jam tournament.

Harding shot 50 percent from the field in the win and knocked down four 3-pointers as he reached the 1,000 career points milestone. He also brought down eight rebounds.

Cody John also chipped in 16 points with five rebounds.
Christian Anigwe led the Spartans with 20 points on 8-of-9 shooting.
The Wildcats’ bench was severely outscored 40 to 17, but it didn’t matter in a game that only had one lead change.
Weber State will continue its tournament play against Central Michigan Friday at 6:30 p.m.
