Dixie’s Defense Shines In Win Over Park City

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Dixie Flyers advanced to the 4A Championship game with a 20-0 win over Park City.

Dixie quarterback Reggie Graff had 174 yards passing with two touchdowns. He added 104 rushing yards and one touchdown on the ground. Graff averaged 9.5 yards per carry after carrying the ball 11 times.

Flyers Wide receiver Josh Cazier had four catches for 82 yards and one touchdown.

Park City quarterback Jack Skidmore threw for 72 yards and three interceptions in the loss.

Dixie scored their first touchdown in the second quarter as Graff connected with Nate Mahi for a 20 yard score.

The Flyers added another score in the third quarter as Graff found the end zone on a 49-yard run.

They sealed the win with Graff hitting Cazier from 38-yards out.

Dixie will face the winner of Orem and Pine View in the 4A Championship. The game will be played on Friday, November 16 at Rice Eccles Stadium.
