SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The University of Utah football team won their fourth straight game after a 41-10 win over UCLA. The Utes are alone at the top of the Pac-12 South Division. Fans took to social media with reaction on the win, the sweep of the California schools and the recent success of the offense.
Four Game Winning Streak
The Utes finished the month of October with a 4-0 record. They knocked off Stanford and UCLA on the road, and Arizona and USC at home.
Katie Lewis mentioned her enjoyment in watching the Utes recent run.
Watching @Utah_Football win week after week is certainly the highlight of my weekends #UTAHvsUCLA

40 Points Scored In Four Straight Games
The last time the Utes scored over 40 points in four consecutive games was in 2004. Utah surpassed 40 points in six straight games that season, they also finished undefeated and beat Pittsburgh in the Fiesta Bowl.
Darren Jaynes wrote a nice apology to Utah offensive coordinator Troy Taylor since the Utes have really been clicking on offense in the last four games.
Dear Troy Taylor, on behalf of the entire armchair offensive coordinators in our fanbase, weβre sorry for hating on you the first 1/4th of the season. The last 4 games have been the most enjoyable since joining the PAC. Donβt let this go to your head though π #UTAHvsUCLA

Rhino Ute had a pretty good view of a Matt Gay field goal as he celebrates the Utes scoring over 40 points.

James Williams tweeted about the success of the Utah offense especially against the three California schools that the Utes defeated.
Utah hits 40+ points in 4 straight games… 3 of those against the California schools #GoUtes #Utes #UTAHvsUCLA #Pac12FB

UCLA Student Section Nearly Empty
Once the game was out of hand for the Bruins, their student supporters didn’t stick around to the end. The Utes fans who traveled to the Rose Bowl made it known that they outnumbered the UCLA fans in the stadium.
The UCLA student section really showed out tonight ππ»π© #UTAHvsUCLA pic.twitter.com/K8StzwSbFa

California Sweep
The win over UCLA completed the three game sweep over the California schools that Utah faced this season. The wins over Stanford, USC and UCLA saw Utah beat the California Pac-12 schools for the second time since joining the Conference. It is the third time that the Utes beat both the Trojans and Bruins in the same season.
I love watching my #Utes crush the So Cal teams. Soooo nice. #UTAHvsUCLA

Eric Linden has a message for high school recruits in the state of California.
Dear California HS football players,
If you want to play college ball with a hard working, blue collar, bring your lunch pail, just-a-regular-team and win games in front of the home crowd, you know where to go.#GoUtes #UTAHvsUCLAβ Eric Vander Linden (@evlred) October 27, 2018
Same End Zone
An interesting note, Los Angeles native Eric Peterson attended the game with seats in the south end zone, but all six touchdowns were scored in the north end zone. Even more interesting, all three field goals were scored in the south end zone.
I just went to the #UTAHvsUCLA game.
Six touchdowns were scored.
Zero of them were in the end zone where I was sitting. https://t.co/mdMDqVjeiKβ Eric Peterson (@ehp22) October 27, 2018
