#TeamIsEverything: Jazz Unveil New Team Motto and Hashtag
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz announced a new team motto and hashtag for the 2018-19 season. “Team Is Everything” will be the theme of the team for the season, echoing the words of head coach Quin Snyder, who once famously stated, “The strength of our team is the team.”
The team unveiled the motto with a new hype video featuring shots of the players along with 200 or so season ticket holders. In addition to the professional cameras used in the shooting of the video, footage from the fans’ camera phones was also used for the video.

The previous hashtag and motto, “Take Note”, will still be a part of the team’s identity albeit in a reduced role. #TeamIsEverything will be the official hashtag on Twitter, complete with a Jazz note logo to accompany the tag.

Also in celebration of the new Jazz season, the team has commissioned two murals to be painted on downtown Salt Lake City walls.
The regular season will begin on Wednesday when the Jazz travel to face the Sacramento Kings. The Jazz’s home opener will be Friday at 8:30 against the Golden State Warriors at Vivint SmartHome Arena.
