GAME NIGHT LIVE
Olympus Beats Highland With Fourth Quarter Heroics

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – It came down to the last minute of the Olympus Titans’ 13-12 win over the Highland Rams Friday night at Highland High School.
In a defensive battle, Olympus took the initial lead on a touchdown pass by Jackson Frank to Noah Bennee to grab a 7-0 lead. Highland responded with a pass from Trajan Benson to Jackson Hawes just before half time and then took the lead on a keeper by Benson to take a 12-7 lead. That’s when the dramatic happened.
With less than a minute to go, Tommy Poulton found the end zone on a three-yard run to take a one-point lead. After failing to get the two-point conversion, but then holding the Rams out of scoring range on their next drive, the Titans came away with the victory.
“It was the most exhilarating moment,” said Poulton of his score. “As a team, as a unit, we’re so happy with the way we played. They’re a tough team.”
Olympus (7-0) will hit the road again to face Murray next Friday. Highland (5-1) will next travel to face Lehi.
